RE:The title SUGR HALT good news...Those who can hold will.  Those who can't won't.  Nothing to stress about.  

Stavely construction should be finished in January, followed by equipping finished in February, as per Nov 29-18, Q3 MD&A.  A license to grow will follow. 

Along the way, the promotion will begin and shareholders will be able to take some profits off the table.
