Will they be allowed to mine it?

Now the question becomes whether they will be allowed to mine hundreds of square kms for 10,000ozs per sq km (0.3mx1.6t/m3x0.7gpt).

Thoughts? Is this possible here? To achieve 100,000ozs per year they would need to mine 10km2 each year. That is a lot of disturbance, but I guess it is just turning over dirt...
