The offer is questionable given it hasnt closed yet but it does solve some problems for the market and APHA specifically.
Whats the benefit to APHA shareholders? You are basically trading APHA's ticker for Green Growth ticker and upgrade your management to Peter Horvath - Victoria's Secret and American Eagle's executive.
Given distribution is the future of growth for this market... where would you rather be?
Its a benefit for the industry, its a benefit to APHA shareholders and its gets a new player interested in Canadian LPs.... US Cannabis Pure Plays...
