RE:RE:RE:Medmen news coming soon, will blow upWhat about the 1000 days? What happens when this deal closes? A third company is created and everything from both companies is combined. Medmen as an entity no longer exists, so warrants will expire. 
From a share perspective you don’t even know how many share the new mermen float will be. This one is done for awhile.
