RE:Trading Pattern Today

RE:Trading Pattern TodayLooks like a trading algorithm has picked up GPY. Every 3-4 minutes, Anonymous purchases 500-1000 shares. It appears to be a purchasing program that is price insensitive.

To test this theory, I purchased a block of shares at Market Price to flush out the tiers of sell prices, and immediately after, 500 shares were purchased at the lowest sell price (which I had just set higher to test).

Could this be the nature of the buyback program? If so, there should be reports coming out on CanadianInsider in a few days. Otherwise, someone else is buying.

If sellers learn that an algorithm is mechanically buying 500-1000 shares every 3-4 minutes, they will begin adjusting their sell prices upward.
