Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:watch out Shorts are doing everything to scare off longsThe longs that left, were scared off long ago. All the bashing now doesn't help the shorts as the people that are left are bag holders that are willing to hold. Basher are just trying to stop new investment coming in but if the new people listen to the basher and dont do their dd... they shouldnt be investing in the first place.

glta and thank you basher for letting me get in cheap few weeks ago

I used to post here very often and engage with fruitful and respectful dialogue with other investors. However, I am honestly sick of pumpers and bashers. so I decided not to waste time on here.

I am not aganist shorts by the way, we are all here to make money wether you think the company is worth investing or not, nothing aganist that I respect your perspective. But what I don't respect is poeple on here syaing this compoany wroth $0 or others like Dreamer420 who keeps saying "Diago deal is tomorrow", "We will open $20" and so on. I am tried and sick of these claims from both sides.

I lost so much in this company, I bought at $17 and sold at 9. So I am trying to make up my loss. That's all.

Good luck everyone,

Same page Sam.  Wish there was more respectful discourse like this on these boards.  It is okay to have different views.  We are in agreement that APHA is still strong.

Here’s to a potentially turnaround week.

Sam1984 wrote: I see your point agree and undersatnd. But for me, I am not afriad anymore to invest in the company. What I meant also, I am not furiously looking for rebuttal. Whenever it comes it comes. No rush. I know there will be one.

skyplt wrote: I have over half a million reasons to want a rebuttal.

I will be sure to discuss again and again, and at the AGM if necessary.  This is not a court of law...it is an investment and the CEO has been accused of double dealing and there is circumstantial evidence to support.  I hope Vic Neufeld comes out swinging and proves Greasy Grego wrong.  But I want to see his explanation.

Aphria will thrive, it has the production.  Perhaps Vic was the right guy at the helm while they got a good thing growing.  But there is doubt...and he must clear it up or clear out.

I am not anti-Neufeld...I just want to know if he profited in any way from SOL’s sale of LATAM assets to Aphria.  If he did, he was not acting in Aphria’s best interests.

If he’s proven clean I will be the first to stand up at the AGM and apologize for doubting.

Sam1984 wrote: I perosnally don't need rebuttal anymore, becasue Bloomberg rebuttal is more than enough for me. Let's not dicuss this again and move on. Give it a few weeks and we will see $15s. tomorrow we should open a big gap up.

Good luck to eevryone long and too bad for shorts you will get squeezed.
