RE:RE:Unusual VolumeI highly doubt reinstatement is going to happen. And even if it does, the company is so screwed at this point. They laid off almost all their employees, the core founders and executives have all left. They have no plants. Not to mention any kind of positive reputation or faith from industry partners, HC, and shareholders is all but out the window. Where are they gonna go from here? It takes several months for plants to reach flowering stage, and then they still have to get a sale license! That means no product until spring at the earliest, and still no sales license to sell it. So no revenue realistically until summer or fall of next year. And how much money do they have in the bank at this point? Probably almost none since they haven't been making any money this entire time.
I think the only course of action at this point is to sell what's left of the company. That's what I would suspect is brewing. It's also more likely that whispers of a sale leaked out, causing today's spike. If anything was coming from HC there wouldn't be any whiff of it to cause a jump in the share price. HC strikes out of nowhere, as we've seen in the past with the suspension and threat of revocation.
But who the heck knows. I've been surprised by every turn of event so far.
