However, it appears to me, after reading it, that it is spat between board members more than anything.  I don't believe it is actually affecting the stock price, I could be wrong though and if I am then this very well may send the stock soaring once resolved.  

Gotta say though, I really don't know what to make of it.  Maybe someone out there with a bit more expertise could chime in.
