RE:no postponement announcedZargon is the weakest junior because of the $42 million in Debentures ..Convert debs and you have a rarity in oil patch ,almost debt free with some drilling going on and a recovery in price of oil.
Debentures are a titanic sized  anchor for a 16 ft zodiac.
Easy peasy...
A NO vote means bankrupcty. 7 million to lawyers and dragged out till late 2019 with no major shareholder outside of management to guide proceedings. 
Good luck with that. 
I simply dont understand the logic of voting NO.. Makes no sense..
