RE:RE:no postponement announcedAnd best part of all which I should mention is the company will be much more attractive to sell without this albatross of debt. 
Willing to wager debentures were the number one reason that the company could not get sold in one piece.  Who had the means to take on such debt?
Would not be surprised to see this gone before May assuming a YES vote.
