RE:6000 entrants!!!lol...  I was wondering why no NR about applying for Ontario license.  6000 entrants with 10k fee, non refundable?  If ISH applied for 100 stores, that's 1m in fees with the chance of maybe getting 2 stores lol  6000 applicants, 25 winners...  This really is a lottery
