Does it really matter if dilution is happening?
If you belive the operating model of the business is solid and management can execute it then why fuss over dilution?

For the umteenth time, this is a penny stock with a fast cash burn rate and a small runway. Either you will end up with $5 SP in 5 years or lose it all.
