Letter to Board of Directors

Letter to Board of DirectorsValue Committee letter to the Directors states NAV is $9.70 and one recommendation is to sell SOX.  I have owned SOX for quite awhile and it seems it has always been very undervalued.  I decided to sit on it and collect the nice dividend.  The letter seems to have pushed the price higher so I am in the black now after a few years.  Would be nice if it sold and shareholders picked up $9.70 a share on a takeover.  WSP might be interested along with Stantec and a couple of US companies.  Early stages yet. Best of luck, Charlie.
