please do your DD, the company has never made any money staying afloat by issuing shares and debentures then Stableview asset management kept this thing afloat by buying debentures and raping the company with high interest rates diluting the share count which is closer to 500 million shares verses the posted 274 million. 
As I mentioned please read the news releases CLY has sold all the assets to ilookabout for debt and 3 million ILA shares. 
The company has nothing.
if anyone buys into this thing you deserve to loose because if you did proper DD you would know there is nothing here. The company is worthless.
