Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Penalty Box

Penalty BoxAphria sits in the penalty box whilst things get sorted out behind the scenes.

Any good news with other companies will not translate across to APHA as it will be seen as specific to the company (T.WEED and ACB are great examples).

Brexit (actually debatable if there was any impact) and things like AG comments will hit APHA share price harder than others in sector because we are the ones standing on the trap door.

We are on thin ice until all the usual issues are cleared...rebuttal, HC approvals.

As for an offer, the speculation by some has become tiresome.  I do not even find it amusing about comments regarding executives meeting at The Four Seasons and the like.  I just shake my head and wonder about the mental state of some who post on this board.

Whoever suggested they were headed to the desert for a week or two is spot on.  Given the timing I know it is not to attend Burning Man.  All the best of the day, until I see a NR from Aphria on anything I believe we are going to flounder.
