Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:YOU ONLY DO A HOSTILE TAKEROVER WHEN YOU HAVE REASON TOWhat total BULLSH!T.  You only do a hostile takeover when you think you can take advantage of a a company that is temporarily undervalued.  This situation is all because of the totally discredited short attack a few months ago and the fallout from that.

Believe that the company won’t be insulted by said offer. All you goons on here that have no idea. Hostile takeovers and stink bids are never good. You don’t read about companies that are doing good getting hostile takeover bids.
