It will pickup some momo, it started today.

This is a great spot. It's given back 50% of the move from the post x-mas rally and is forming a bullish cup and handle pattern. With a volume boost, which it got today, things will move up to the .68-.75 range in no time. 

There have been some US short positions hindering the stock and based on the elevated US volume today, it would be fair to consider that some covering was happening. This is not a spot I'd want to be caught short. 

.70 is coming soon, and I'd bet the farm they eclipse a buck and head to the 1.50 area by Oct 17th.
