If the rumors are true that Vic screwed over the deal at the last second then I don't think it's even a question. If they in fact wanted control of Aphria then now is the time. If they don't come after Aphria then I'm not sure if I believe the rumor. Cron isn't going to make Altria investors happy any time soon but if they take over Aphria in the process then they'll definitely be happy.
