What you're missing is: EMH is essentially the commercial vehicle of the EMS group of companies for the research, intellectual property and patents resulting from Nemus' research. Avtar didn't need to give EMH a 51% interest in EMB but he did. The Endo line contains no derivatives of cannabis, yet EMH will share in the revenue notwithstanding. Its all part of the plan to create a top-notch brand for Emerald Heath and it's EMH where the brand identity is based.
