What’s happening???

What’s happening???Hi, could anyone explain to me what the outcome would be. I’m new to investing and bought in at .06 a couple weeks ago. If prev and Auora team up would that significantly increase our sp or would auora buy out prev; if so how would that affect us shareholders. Thanks
