I'll extend you the benefit of the doubt, even though I probably should not, based upon your question, "How are they making any money?".  The simple fact of the matter is that no junior explorer ever makes money.  Producers might make money, even a guy with a gold pan and a donkey might make money.  Last time I looked Fenelon was still a very small deposit.

A serious answer to your question about why BAR is not drilling their gold properties can be provided this way.  Martiniere is too deep, too complex geologically, and too expensive to pursue at this time.
