RE:RE:RE:RE:Tipping pointSeriously, look at what just happened with GQM and read their Feb 5th news release.    I see a lot of parallels.  Shareholders were served on a plate.  I am not saying the same thing will happen, but it could.  All they need to do is issue a whack of shares at a cheap price to a group of predatory buyers in a private placement and existing retail shareholders end up being squeezed out, voted out and left with next to nothing.
