It could be true.... But when I talked to IR on the phone a few weeks ago and asked the question he told me hey we have 40 millions in the bank and we are profitable... So his awnser means he did not see the need to dilute shareholders... 

Altought we never know, if they dilute we will get short term pain but LONG TERM HUGE GAINS... Also keep in mind if ever they do dilute it could be at 3$ who knows... I'm very sceptic about this 25% drop he is talking about ? Does he have a crystal ball ?!
