RE:Jared Berry share count. His holdings are reported and we know how many share he holds. Go to the "new total" on the SEDI site for this purchases and you can get the info there.
The first transaction he did was to acquire 521,260 shares on February 14th and his "new total" was 521,260. Then he received 8,340,157 shares and his "new total' is 8,861,417 shares.
This means he sold every single last one of his previous $0.20 cent shares. All 34M of them... get rich quick mtfers! (or 3.4M post split $2.00 shares)
Anyways I'll say it again, for smart investors this is the GOLDEN time to be buying. They are planning a massive pump again so they can once again sell those shares at a much much higher price. His average cost on those 8.861,417 shares is $1.27... he will want to sell them at 10x and be happy if he can get 5x.. the share price will be above $7 shortly.

After his initial private sale ,or transfer, of a small amount of shares ISOL increased the number of shares and as such his reporting sales was no longer required . When it’s next required for him to report his holdings we can easily figure out what he may have held from the original amount.
In summary, I have no idea how many shares he holds, nor do I care .
For anyone to presume whether he sold or retained all his shares is foolish.
