CANA invest deck indicates intention to purchase PODA, doubt these will ever be listed. Expect a private deal to be closed between CANA and PODA resulting in buyout payment of CANA shares to PODA shareholders. At current market evals PODA shareholders can expect to receive between 1-2 shares of CANA per 5 shares of PODA owned.
