Sneezing on an airplane could lead to "international opportunities" Im sure as well but doesnt mean you should give it value.
Here's what you all fail to understand. Its great that Canopy is getting into different channels potentially, but those channels arent currently open from a regulatory standpoint and there are ZERO barriers to entry. And just because you can get into lots of channels, doesnt mean you can protect those channels or that those channels will result in incremental demand.
If you put Cannabis in every single store in the country its not going to increase net demand. Its actually just going to lower price.
You think Couche-Tard, whos already heavily in the tobacco game, only sells ONE brand? Thye well what is in demand, and we all know Tweed product is largely bottom half in terms of quality.
This might be a satallite store in which case its a marketing tool, but ATD will not be a puppet for Canopy if there are other products that are more.
Go look at Gabriellas Kitchen (GABY) - who have access to 3500 GROCERY stores. Company is like 40M market cap with 12+ consumer products.
