Some fun facts from TD

Some fun facts from TDMorningstar report on 21 Feb raised its Fair Market Value guidance to 2.77Cdn. 3 star rating - and currently tradeing is valued as - FAIR (however chart shows fair market value up to 5 Cdn with unfair 7.62$ ....ahh the good old days. Hutchinson the analyst from TD...suspended any forecast for pricing - and calls the venture "risky" at best...with "speculative" rating. I think this is a bit of an understatement....number however show a mining operation which constantly fails to deliver funding (operational cost are way out of whack...) Earnings Forecast: report date Most likely on 1 April 19 - estimate is -.12......... with revenue at 91.4 - approximately 20 million away to break even....kind of gets one mad... report date for Q1 - 13 May with numbers pretty much in line with the above... Merger: Highly likely someone is holding a gun to ME head - they are bleeding 20 mil per quarter. The RC production targets are unfortunately a joke... if you were a JV partner would you come in and take this over or would you wait for it to fail and pick the pieces up.... If they sell - ME will retain a big chunk. We will be paid out at a loss or given a choice to convert at a price set by them. Anyway you cut it we will lose. Again I don't have a choice. Also if you are going to comment come with facts and figure...
