This linked article isn't directly related to Tinley but about the coming wave of patents on cannabis and CBD beverages. Anyone have any knowledge on the Tinley patents?

They should be trying to ride the CBD wave. California based 'Vybes' is blowing up right now because of their on-trend branding and promotion in-store. With a company under 10 people, total. I'm long on Tinley but I think they are doing a sht job at creative communications and keeping investors engaged.
