Again, he should either sell or be a passive shareholder in the other, so both businesses are kept firmly separate and are the #1 priority for their management teams. 

I am surprised that all SHP shareholders don’t seem to agree with the above, even though you are the ones currently left behind. Stating this simple fact is not ”spreading negativity”, it is just saying the truth. That’s why I posted this on the SHP board first, but yes, I will raise the issue on the Giga board as well. And no, I am not trying to ”pump or dump” share prices, I am a long term investor (not a trader) in Giga and I will never own SHP.
