Wow thats quite a synopsis /opinion/inquisition . I will contribute some in part opinion and again it is my opinion . BLOC-U.CN (CSA) and BLKCF ( OVER THE COUNTER ) trade in USD . The name has been changed everywhere to Global Gaming Tech . (same ticker symbol ) except of course here on STOCKHOUSE . The spinout will be entertainment /game non related is likely being smartly held up as we can all agree that  if spun out it will likely get beaten down to absurd sp. Case in point when FORK was spunout it was .13 with nothing in the works compared to today at .01 sp .Go figure . The spinout has some insane money making projects in the works like Singularity , Hyperion , Laser projects . Your question about the .15 evaluation is simply the sign of the times . Let me just say that if we were in time when bitcoin was 19K USD .?? Well your guess is as good as mine as to what that evaluation would be . Please keep in mind that this merger is good for both parties as Bushnells X2 games company didnt have to go through all that tedious work/time/money to go public . Hope some of this helps .
