2 - Looking at the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency website, there seem to be no news, but if you scroll to the bottom of the page at this link you will notice that the date modified has changed to 05.03.2019 .

I am not sure what is going on but somebody knows something.. Approved EIS maybe? Another non-compliance since Nick was told Fall 2019 for EIS? Who knows?!
