RE:Getting Closer to texas hemp legalisation It is bill HB1325, and has been passed to House Agriculture and Llivestock Committee on 27 Feb 2019. Good news is that this is being pushed through the process and if successful we should hear something mid to late May. (If my inderstanding of the Texas legislative procedure is correct.)
