RE:RE:who's divesting today

RE:RE:who's divesting todayI hear what you are saying.

This will be the 6th quarter after their disasterous latest aquisition (heavily touted as "immediately accretive" nonsense) when every quarter there was another new shoe to drop, covered by some lame "story" by beating around the bush to simply admitt that they screwed up badly.

I wonder if some "surprise" has somehow leaked. Virtually all REITs and the sector is up, and this turd is down over 3% and continues slow bleeding down.

I guess the most patient unitholders all finally getting tired of this prolonged bs..

How much did these idiots overpay for those latest garbage aquisitions to destroy overall payout ratio from 80-85% range to now 100% and maybe more disastereous? ($100 million+ is my guess was pillaged away at least..).

What is the incremental payout/affo of these last purchases 125%? 150%? 200%?
Must be ridiculously bad to completely kill otherwise normal payout level of 80-85% and the share price range was $10.50-11.50...

If they can right the ship and maintain the dividend, investors will be fine.
