Do you know anything about the tech world in Vancouver? Everyone hires on contract here because the money is better for software engineers or they hire from India. Cheaper for the company and honestly better work, in my opinion. Not trying to sound rude but that's how it is here from what I have seen on other deals.

They went public early in my opnion because there is a lot of money chasing this space still - and they wanted to capture it. Was it too early? Who knows only time will tell. Always easier to raise capital as a pubco.

I should have said that they have no interest in recruiting people - at least not via their website which is a very cheap way to find help. I would go the contract route myself.

Maybe they're recruiting by some other means. If not, it begs the question why raise capital early with a public offering? Why not grow orgainically until the business is on a more concrete footing?

You may have articulated their whole strategy with your opinion highligted above.
