BonusI think the management salaries are way too high for the performance of the stock. I also think bonuses should only be paid when the company exceeds preset expectations & not for merely showing up for work. A lot of these lavish busness trips could be conducted by conference calls via skype or other communication methods. This company should not be treated as a personal ATM for the select few upper management people. I think that the board of directors could use a shake up as well. Some have been there too long & have very little to contribute in the way of positive business strategy. That's my rant for today.
