Taking in hypothesis that a lot of people won't use their right to buy at 0.12.
If you are a big share holder and have 20 millions shares /100 before the dillution and you exercice all your rights.
U may end up with 40 millions shares on a total of maybe 160 million shares after the dillution.
If only 60 % of rights are exercised.
So, a cheap with to go from 20 % to 25 % of the shares. With a small price.
Instead of buying at a high price on the sock market, (price would go up because there is no volume) .
