RE:RE:One more kick in the nutsRDT was formed in 2017. CTTH issued patents were initially awarded in 2008.

RDTwas created in 2017 signed an agreement  that same year with CTTH.

RDT nd CTTH did not consumate transaction Oct2017.

RDT chaged the wafers name to quickstrip.

RDT still copied CTTH's products/story.

RDT probaly chose better legal counsel on this particular casel

CTTH still nowns the patents and has Aurora to help with approvals and distribution.

RDT's initial victory will not be the last battle they will fight with CTTH.

Patent infringement may be next if RDT can commercialize thier strip
