To produce 1000kg/harvest you need 4000-7000 plantsWith efficient layout every plant should take 10sqft grow space. FSD setup looks very inefficient, 25,000sqft becomes 10 rooms. Each room has 160 plants and only 6 rooms are online. Let's assume there is 960 plants in their 25,000sqft. So each plant takes up 25-30sqft. Instead of 4000kg per year capacity, I am 80% sure they only have 1000kg/year capacity with 4x harvest per year. I am 20% not sure because they never disclose amount of plants or yield per plant. 4000kg/year on 25,000sqft is very optimistic.
Afraid to share photo/video because of HC? Afraid to show storage room that is empty? This is like Trump hiding his highschool grade.
None of the people on board actually don't understand cannabis cultivation.
Raza is a good doctor but not a farmer nor a good public speaker.
Anthony is good in finance but his target goal is too optimistic with lack of research in technical aspect of cultivation.
Recommendations to FSD:
Vertical farm to increase plant numbers, put master grow on board (weed enthusiasts know the market better), hire consultants to redesign the shelf/room, stop doing LOI deal, treat B shareholder like A, stop with the lack of transparency, always use pessimistic calculation, adopt six sigma, continuously learning, and find a better speaker.
You can't be the biggest by being denial, not having deadline, or avoiding real questions. Anthony might have another Q&A but I'm 100% sure that he will answer technical questions with very vague answers. Want to be billion dollar company then always look at market leader. Actively monitor your competitors. Company presentation is not updated. Compare top 3 company presentations to FSD's, disappointed with lack of business plan, disclose every move to the public.
I am still holding this stock because there is still room for improvement. All the weakness is fixable. Location is the only strength and You can't change location.
