Necessary consolidation

Necessary consolidationNo stock can go straight up, only real estate does that lol.

I like the private placement pricing. It's just below the threshold of $1.50 for those holding warrants so while it hovers around the $1.36 PP price, there will be momentum to move it up soon to get back in the +$1.50 window.

At the same time, the confidence behind the stock is so strong that the threshold for new warrants has been set at $3.30.

"If, following the closing of the offering, the volume-weighted average price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is equal to or greater than $3.30 for any 10 consecutive trading days, the company may, upon providing written notice to the holders of warrants, accelerate the expiry date of the warrants to the date that is 30 days following the date of such written notice"
