However, we can be rightfully upset in the fact that we are no longer playing the same game that we signed up for when 'old managers and directors' made false promises about the future of this organization.

Whatever the reason is, there is a reason Laval hasn't received the license. Management isn't being forthcoming with that information and at this point it appears they are straight up lying to us shareholders. 

When they tell us that they are just waiting for approval, and that we have been placed in the fast-tract program, etc, etc,... how can one not feel like they are being lied to?
