RE:RE:More News....

RE:RE:More News....
  • My question here for any legal minds on the board is
  • if the charges are true and the high school test and university admission test results for the CeOs oldest son and board member are illegitimate and the CEO knowing that facilitated his son's appointment to the BoD is that a breach of fidiciary duty ?
  • If the educational facilities revoke the son's diploma/degree does that give cause to remove him from the board?
  • Are any of  the Board/Regulatory authorities/ or the CEO himself obligated by statute or bylaw to require the CEO to step down both as CEO and Board Member ?
  • If the Board has vacancies does anyone know of the process to fill these vacancies ( as mentionned despite requesting them from the company i have not received copies of the bylaws)
  • Has anyone written the company to get a statement from them Who is in charge these days ?
