There is another 120k in legal fees owing according to the footnotes in the annual report.

This is why I voted against the forced debenture conversion.  It just enables the ongoing shameful porking of the company by the "Calgary coutry club"............................

Time to start calling the company and asking questions.

I trust hawkowl stockfy et al are satisfied with the transaction and subsequent wealth destruction.................. pure foolishness.
