The Company’s Sangihe Gold project mineral tenement consists of one block covering the southern half of Sangihe Island, located between the northern tip of Sulawesi Island (Indonesia) and the southern tip of Mindanao (Philippines). The Sangihe Project covers 42,000ha; this includes the Bawone, Binebase prospects on the eastern part of the island and Taware prospect in the south-central region with infrastructure in place. The Company has a 70% interest in the Sangihe project.

RE:EAS.v - funding update imminent

Don’t be surprised to see Tocqueville and a few other insiders load up on a PP before
all the final announcements! JUst my speculation! Getting this financing in place along with
required approvals from regulatory bodies ie Canada,USA..is a big deal! It may take a bit
of time..until funds reach ..Eas bank account! Then if Miwah gets approvals in May....we will
be in very good shape!
