RE:RE:RE:Please help me understand the Dutch Auction. I was not referring to your forum name .....rather the DREAM Reit that the analyst was comparing to BPY in whatever post we were discussing.  

I am not an expert on dutch auctions, I am just reading the same info you are and I have seen them before, so I know a little bit from experience.
