• Couldnt agree more Vikingman. I too am concerned with the purchase and sale of securities in companies where Board members are also holding seats on the board of the companies they are investing EW funds in. To me It just doesnt pass my smell test ...there are many other ways to raise funds why raid the EW kitty?
• I wonder what documents/ diligence formed part of the decision to invest in Advantage and Seaway etc. this is of particular concern consideration the material defficiencies you identified in this Juva deal... which were significant enough to warrant action by the regulators. How long has this been going on?
• I agree going forward EW needs to keep its powder dry and cash ready for when IF  it still holds the Romanian leases it will be in position to pay its way rather than to seek dilution at current prices ...
• it would almost seem that this is the only possible next step should the Juva deal happen
• I cant imagine how unfair it would be to shareholders who have held shares that they purchased at 20 to 30 times the current share price to do a financing at 0.03 to 0.05 cents per share or less. Many of these hard working good people invested in hopes of funding their children’s post secondary education or retirement 
• on another note I am pleased to inform all that the reactivated  EW mail group has been a huge success we already have more participants than we previously  had including several large shareholders. Please keep networking going  big and small encourage anyone you know to sign up.
