RE:When's the halt overSo they are going to issue $1m in paper and $3.75m over 4 months after closing. These guys took approximately 7 months to raise $960k...who's kidding who??? Plus the halt will continue for some time longer then expected...As I said in previous post, the CEO cannot raise capital and has a shady past! DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE folks.
