RE:RE:Rinse and repeatDespite being in the same sector, CROP is mostly pot based REIT, While they do have some other investments and partnerships outside that box, They are primarily focused on acquiring and funding tenants while having a stake in the harvest and  the real estate/ infrastructure as security.

 Comparing them to any company that is not a REIT model is apples and oranges.
Expecting CROP to run like LP’s is not realistic, Although there’s nothing wrong with a bit o hype
(as long as you exit with profit). REITs have traditionally been longer term plays but can provide a lot more security and stability. They are also not for everyone.
Finding a similar company and drawing a comparison would be better or diversifying your holdings to include/ separate LP’s from “other” might help.
