from SH. Although the capex is over $1B dollars ($1.2 last reported) the fact is as a 28% partner of the JV, RNX would only be responsible for 28% of that if it was split between partners. But since it is a separate JV, if RNX spins off
their 28% to the current RNX shareholders in a "newco", then the Dumont JV itself would be the entity seeking funding, not RNX. Plus, the other JV partner, Waterton has some deep pockets and plenty of access to capital
funding.
