RE:LATEST INSIDER REPORT (nobody is selling)With the current anti-business and anti-oil climate in Canada, IPL would make a nice takeover candidate. Even if there's a change in gov't in Alberta and Ottawa this year, and the anti-business sentiment changes for the better, it would still take years to get  anything new developed and built on the ground.
