RE:EXON likely acquirer of BNKYes I agree woolco that Exxon or XTO, their affiliate, is the likely suitor. However, I am not sure on price. Unless they reprice the options, .60 cents is not the greatest incentive for management to sell. Management, is of course, not the largest shareholders, so it will be what Harrington, Soros, Capital and Livermore have to say that will dictate the price and ultimate vote. They are the marginal investors and it is their break even price that I would like to know. I know Harrington purchased a large amount around .20 cents so they may be more motivated to sell at .60 cents unlike Soros or Capital who bought at higher prices.
